uouoao does not cover the shipping costs for returns unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Returns of modified products are not accepted, as modifications void the warranty. Any modified product received will be returned at the owner's expense.
If you need to start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@uouoao.com before returning any product, as the return address may differ from the address on the original package. We're happy to assist you!

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes:

The transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days).

The time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).

uouoao currently ships to most addresses within the continental United States. Please note the following restrictions:
