Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy

By placing an order through the UOUOAO website you agree to the terms below. We have set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies apply to the United States.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Free Gifts / Giveaways do not support returns. Custom orders will take 10-15 days to ship and are non-refundable due to their nature. 1-year warranty still applies, please contact us right away if you encounter any questions or concerns.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return address. DO NOT install the items if unsatisfied. EX. Not accepting the hubcaps with foam tapes attached as the resale value was affected. Return the item with its original packaging. Any product returned without our prior approval will be refused.

Note: The item must be in brand new, unused, and uninstalled condition to be eligible for a refund. If the return is not due to a product defect, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, contact us at support@uouoao.com If your return is accepted,

Opened and unused products have the return window, you can send the product back to our offices. The inspection could take around 1-7 business days. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must ship it back at your own return shipping expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR OTHER ISSUES

If your package arrives damaged, you may accept the delivery first. After receiving the package, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with the return or replacement process.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at Email: support@uouoao.com.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

Please note that we will no longer make any price difference compensation one week after the order is submitted.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION

If the product is still being processed, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a UPS, USPS OR DHL tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
